User Data Deletion Instructions
Autonicals LLC ("Autonicals") provides these instructions so you can request deletion of personal data we process through https://autonicals.com, our website demo, WhatsApp assistants, and related services.
1. Website demo chat
If you used the live demo on our website, you can clear your demo conversation history immediately:
- Open the demo chat on https://autonicals.com.
- Tap the back/reset control in the chat header to return home and clear your demo session on our servers.
This removes your stored demo conversation history associated with your browser session. It does not delete IP-based rate-limit records used for abuse prevention. To request removal of those records, email us using the contact details below.
2. WhatsApp customers
If you messaged a business that uses Autonicals on WhatsApp, that business is usually the primary controller of your conversation data. You may:
- Ask the business directly to delete your messages and related customer records, or
- Email shahan@autonicals.com with the subject line WhatsApp data deletion request.
Please include:
- Your WhatsApp phone number (with country code)
- The business name or WhatsApp number you contacted
- Approximate dates of the conversation, if known
- Any specific data you want deleted
You can also clear the assistant's active conversation context by sending start over in WhatsApp. This resets the in-session chat history but may not delete all stored records.
3. Merchant dashboard accounts
If you signed up for a Autonicals merchant account, email shahan@autonicals.com with the subject line Account deletion request from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity before deleting account data, store settings, billing records where permitted, and associated conversation logs.
4. Contact sales and other inquiries
If you submitted our Contact Sales form or otherwise contacted us, email shahan@autonicals.com with the subject line Data deletion request and the email address you used to contact us.
5. What we may delete
Depending on your request, we can delete or anonymize data such as:
- Demo and WhatsApp conversation history
- Message exchange logs
- Contact form submissions
- Merchant account profile and store configuration
- IP-based demo rate-limit records, where applicable
We may retain certain information when required by law, for fraud prevention, billing, tax, or dispute resolution, or in backup systems for a limited period before automatic purge.
6. Response time
We aim to confirm receipt of deletion requests within a few business days and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or the complexity of the request.
